Dikili Running Club
We meet on the beach at 6 am with the sun rising from the blue Aegean, and we run through the countryside noting the baby camel, the donkeys, cows and horses. The clean air here, smooth, lovely to breath, to breath in the rhythm of legs and arms. Usually, there are six, but at times we've reach ten. We run thirty minutes, but will increase the time as the institute goes. Tomorrow - hill sprints. Photos coming.
